What to Bring to the Fair
We look forward to seeing you at this year's fair. Hopefully the registration process has not been too daunting. You should be bringing your project and the following items found on the Print tab of the online application:
- MSEF Application **
- MSEF Check in
- MSEF Check out
- MSEF Research Plan
- MSEF Abstract
** Note: The MSEF Application just added for Junior and Senior Divisions. Please print it from the Print tab in the online application if you do not have it yet. Blank copies will be available at the fair.
If you cannot see these on the Print tab then the application is incomplete. If you have not seen the Print tab on the application then you may not have created one. Creating an account is only the start of the process. Note, the Junior and Senior division students must upload scanned copies of their ISEF forms as part of the application process.
Please read the full article for more details.
Please make sure your application is for the proper division. Grades 4 and 5 are in the Elementary division and do not have any additional forms. Grades 6-8 are the Junior division and grades 9-12 are the Senior division and both require uploading of the filled in and signed ISEF forms.
Also check the Restricted Content page to make sure your project board does not contain materials that would disqualify the project. Any project that contains any of these items will be rejected at set up and you may not have sufficient time to fix the problem.
Finally, all projects must be set up on the times specified on Sunday and picked up on Thursday. Projects left after 7pm on Thursday will be discarded immediately. Nothiing will be saved after that time so do not even call and ask. They will be in the dumpster. You may have someone else pick up your project if you provide them with your MSWEF Check out form.
