Students and parents may sign up for an account. You will receive a confirmation email with your user name and password to verify your account after the initial sign up. Signing up for an account is only the first step for students to submit a science fair application. Teachers and judges should get an account even though they will not be creating a fair application. Certain features are only available to those with an account.
The site is free to use without getting an account. New accounts currently do not require administrator approval so the response email should be received within an hour if not immediately.
Students that do not go to school in Mercer County, NJ will not be able to participate in our fair and they should check out the Other Science Fairs page to find the appropriate competition.
Please email webmaster@mercersec.org if you do not receive the email. Do not try to create another account. Also check spam or junk mail filters to make sure the response email has not been blocked.
Students, teachers or parents that will submitting science fair applications online must sign up for an account. This is just the first step in the registration process. An online registration application must be completed after you register for an account. Getting an account does not commit you to entering the science fair. A complete application does.
The Select A Role Or Roles field below are optional and are for teachers, judges, and sponsors. Students, parents, and mentors do not need to select one to create and submit fair applications. The standard user role is assigned by default. Those selecting a role will be notified when they have been approved. This is usually within a day. Multipel roles may be applicable.
