Registration Handbook

This handbook covers the registration process for our fair.

Work in Progress

We are using a new website for fair registration and the documentation is currently incomplete. Much of the process should be straight forward though. Please contact us if you have questions.

Getting Started

First thing is to sign up for an account on this website. Once you have logged into the account you will be able to begin registration for an event. There will be a Submissions tab on your home page when you log in. This will list the available events and any submissions that you have created. In general,  you should have only one submission. Teachers and mentors that manage multiple students may have multiple submissions if they are managing those submissions directly. See the Teachers Handbook for more details.

An event submission is a form that has many fields that need to be completed. A partially completed submission can be saved in draft mode. Once submitted, no additional changes can be made to the application. Project details within the application will be presented to the judges before any interviews take place. Private contact information will not be shared with the judges.
