Fair Day Logistics:

Saturday, March 22nd

  • 9:00 AM
    • Parking: Available at Stadium Drive Garage (note: it's about an 18-minute walk from the garage to the building) it is free of charge
  • 9:20 AM:
    • Arrive at the Computer Science Building (located near the Friend Center on Princeton's campus).
    • Materials Provided: Clipboards, nametags, and pens will be available for judges.
    • Briefing on special awards, and judging criteria is given
    • Students should begin setting up their projects
    • Students' projects evaluated for safety by safety taskforce
  • 10:00 – 11:00 AM:
    • During this period, there will be a hosted talk and discussion on Princeton area STEM events and Princeton's legacy of innovation with Princeton Alumnus Janaya Bruce '21, and Former Princeton Highschool Principle Frank Chmiel ‘98
  • 10:00 – 11:00 AM:
    • Judging begins
    • Judges will meet with each student for 5–6 minutes.
  • 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM:
    • Judges will hold discussions and make final award decisions.
  • 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM:
    • Lunch will be provided by our sponsors.
    • Parents & students view other projects
  • 12:30 – 1:30 PM:
    • Awards ceremony.
  • 1:30 – 2:30 PM:
    • Cleanup & Departure
