- Fat, I find out if there is fat in the milk by pouring some milk (1ml) over a coffee filter and then seeing the remaining fat.
- Water by boiling milk and if water vapor forms, then there is water in the milk.
- Proteins, by adding lemon juice (2 ml) to the milk and if the milk curdles, then there are proteins in the milk.$
- I measure the density of the milk by putting a little milk (ml) in a glass and then adding another glass floating in the milk with a little sand (5 gramms) and a measuring device (a strip of paper with cm lines to count). Then I write down the value on the measuring scale and there I have my value.
