Research Plan:

  1. Fat, I find out if there is fat in the milk by pouring some milk (1ml) over a coffee filter and then seeing the remaining fat.
  2. Water by boiling milk and if water vapor forms, then there is water in the milk.
  3. Proteins, by adding lemon juice (2 ml) to the milk and if the milk curdles, then there are proteins in the milk.$
  4. I measure the density of the milk by putting a little milk (ml) in a glass and then adding another glass floating in the milk with a little sand (5 gramms) and a measuring device (a strip of paper with cm lines to count). Then I write down the value on the measuring scale and there I have my value.
