What to do after you are approved as a judge

When you sign up for an account you can indicate that you want to be a judge but this does not give you judge access to the site. A website administrator must change your account's role to Judge. You will see a new home page (see image below) when you log in after you have been give a Judge role. You need to select what events you wish to judge and provide your judging preferences and background.

You My Judge Groups section will list what events you can judge or what judge group(s) you may be assigned to for an event. You cannot be assigned to a judge group until you indicate that you will judge an event. In the case above, the Click if you can be a judge at the Mercer Science and Engineering Fair 2025 would need to be clicked to indicate you wish to judge this event. 

The Edit button below My Background provides access to your judging preferences and your background. The judge coordinator will be using this information to determine what judge group you will be working with. This information is normally entered once but you can change it at any time.
