The Mercer Science & Engineering Club hosts this site and all of the competitions outlined on this site including the annual Mercer Science and Engineering Fair in conjunction with Rider University.

The competitions are free and open to students that attend school in Mercer County, NJ. It is one of many competitions throughout the world. Other New Jersey counties are handled by other fairs affiliated with the International Science and Engineering Fair and Junior Innovators Competition. These are part of the Society for Science. Sponsors support the costs of running the fair including awards as well as affiliation with these international fairs where our winners compete. Their costs for competing are covered by the club. 

The club is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 charitable non-profit organization, and a copy of the IRS determination letter is attached. The Tax ID number of the Mercer Science & Engineering Club is: 20-1346005.
