2025 MSEF Release Forms Required

Our apologies but the online submission form was missing the MSEF Release Form. This must be downloaded, signed and sent back to us. We will be contacting everyone about this as part of the regular safety review of all projects. The safety review is starting on 3/10/25 and will continue through the week until all projects have been evaluated. Expect an email later this week. 

If you want to download the file ahead of time, log in and examine your application. There will now be a Release Form section and a link to print the form. 

You will not be able to upload the form but will have to email it to the safety review committee (SRC) at src@mecersec.org.
