Judges are divided into Judge Groups that are assigned a set of projects to evaluate. The groups are associated with a specific event. The group includes a head judge as well as any additional judges. The group can be assigned one or more categories or individual projects for judging. The groups may also be assigned potential special awards that submissions should be considered for. 

Each judge in a group has a Judge Group Note that they alone can edit but every judge can view to provide an easy way to collaborate with each other. There is a similar note for each submission. The submission notes can be provided by any judge.
