Judges should create an account on the website so they can participate in the fair. Specify Judge in the user type. Judges need to be approved to access the judging features on this site. You will be notified when you account has been approved.
After your account has been approved you will be able to fill in judging details including what events you can judge. This information will be on the Judge tab of your home page. The tab will also list what Judge Group you are assigned to. You will need to volunteer to judge an event each year but you only need to register once.
Scheduling of judges is done using your account. Judges are assigned to judge groups that are assigned to judge a group of projects.
Information about the judge group that you are assigned to will be available when you log in. In addition, you will have access to the research plans for the projects you will be judging. You will be able to edit your Judge Notes for the Judge Group and individual submissions.
