Tracking Club Positions and Committees

One of the top level tasks is for our club. Subtasks include the club positions such as president a well as the committees. Each of these tasks will have one or more club members assigned to them.

Some of these subtasks will have their own sub task. For example, the Secretary will have the club meetings as a subtask and that task will have a task for each meeting. The minutes for the meeting can be found on in the task as well.

Committees may also have subtasks. These will usually be job related to the committee's purpose. For example, the Outreach committee may have a task for interacting with a particular group of schools. The related items would be the school records. Tasks could be created for each school. Subtasks for these could include meeting tasks which would include the date of the meeting and details and attachments associated with the meeting.
