Using Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) tools are becoming more numerous and available. This is also an area of research. We know that projects will employ, be about and utilize these tools to create and analyze the project. All of these are allowed but we do require that any use of these tools be annotated as noted here:

• Annotations should be of the form: Generated using <tool name>
• Any tables, figures or images in presentations, boards, or written materials such as research plans or papers that are created in whole or in part using AI/ML tools need to be annotated.
• Any text generated using AI/ML tools needs to be noted at the start of that text such as after the title.
• Any video generated using AI/ML tools needs to be noted, preferebly in the video but it can be in the reference to the video.
